These assessments are not "ground-truthed" in the field, but are based on various Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and are invaluable for anyone speculating on buying land who needs a quick and affordable review of a given property's potential for wetland.
All that is needed is a county TMS#, parcel ID number, or a scanned copy of the recorded plat of the property forwarded to Wetland Solutions.
