Wetland Solutions is led by founder and Senior Wetland Consultant Toby Radenbaugh, who has 30 years of experience in the challenging field of wetland consulting.
Toby takes pride in his company's long and consistent track record of swiftly providing clients with accurate natural resources information and ecological planning advice, which is so often used to make critical decisions early in the land purchase or development process.
For his delighted clients, Toby has successfully completed over
1,000 wetland assessments and/or delineations in the field, and
over 100 Federal Section 404 wetland permits.
This work has been completed mainly in the rapidly developing coastal plain of South Carolina, but also throughout the southeastern USA,
Toby's experience has involved clients ranging in size from private land buyers and owners, to small development groups, large corporations, and also contractual work with global environmental consulting firms.
The key to his company's ongoing success has been clear communication with clients and regulators, and conscientious integrity when dealing with both.
In addition, unlike most of its competitors in the Charleston, South Carolina area, Wetland Solution's overhead is kept low so its fees can be more than competitive.
